Grilled Salmon with Tarragon Butter and Lemons
1/4 cup fresh chopped tarragon
1 stick of butter, melted
Salt and pepper
Salmon fillet (i usually get the wild caught but whatever)
Juice of ½ lemon, plus sliced lemon
Heat a grill to medium-high. Mix the chopped tarragon with the melted butter; set aside. Place the salmon on an oiled piece of foil with the sides folded up to catch the butter. Brush tarragon butter liberally over the salmon while grilling until done; top should be golden brown. Just before it’s ready to serve, squeeze juice over the top and arrange the remaining lemon slices around the salmon. Serve with a fresh mixed green salad with a lemon based dressing.
