Meyer Lemon-Infused Vodka

Makes 1 Bottle
If you want your vodka to have a strong lemon flavor, you can simply add more lemons or steep the peels longer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 750 mL best-quality vodka
  • 2-3 Meyer lemons

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel Meyer lemons using vegetable peeler.
  2. Stuff lemons peels into bottle of vodka. Let steep for 2 weeks.
