TODAY on MHTV:When my bothers and I were younger and lived along the Detroit River in Windsor, Ontario, we spent many a meal, and have many fond memories of, the Midwestern roadhouses. Today my brother Jim is here to help me create a meal inspired by those roadhouses. We’re frying fresh perch and creating a relish platter with corn relish, pickled beets, and cottage cheese. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I’m making a classic coconut cream pie. More from the show.
