Seasoned Smashed Tomatoes

All you need for this no-cook side dish are three simple ingredients. Serve it along with the Watercress, Onion, and Radish salad.


  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


1. In a bowl, smash cherry tomatoes with the back of a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Serve along with the salad.
