Chocolate-Malt Milkshake
Serves 4
Chocolate and malt are an old-fashioned match made in heaven! This is the milk shake rendition of malted milk balls, my favorite candy. Serve with the Classic French Dip for a full-on, full-calorie festival of flavor.
INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 cups chocolate ice cream
- 2 cups milk
- 6-8 tablespoons malt powder (or to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, puree ice cream, milk, and malt powder until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
