PIE: simple. delicious. Sweet or savory, it’s something that men find irresistible. David Letterman says it best, “It takes a pretty good cake to equal pie.” TUNE in TODAY for a show all about pie: savory beef empanadas that can be served with my tomato, cilantro and cilantro salad; my husband, Ritchie’s favorite apple pie and two pie dough recipes that are so easy, it can be pie time anytime. Have watched Lucinda on Martha for some time and have always admired her approach to cooking. Today I watched her for the first time on Hallmark TV and the both pie receipes looked so yummy. How can I get the receipes (didn’t write them down as she made them). I will be watching Hallmark more in the future.

Great show and I would like to made some of the dishes I have seen. I went to the web site to find the recipes but I can’t find them anywhere. I am really disappointed. If you could direct me to the location where you have them, that would be fantastic…………. thanks

    Hi Christina,

On the Martha site, they’re categorized by show (if you don’t see the show name at the top, you can click on show archives to see all shows and recipes).

Sorry for the trouble in finding the recipes. What recipes are you looking for in particular? I can give you direct links to the ones you need.

    Best,
    Lo

I would love the pie crust recipes but cannot find them on the website. this is my first time watching the Hallmark channel and I love this show with Lucinda Scala Quinn. How do you get the pie recipes. This website is not very friendly for that.

I am trying, unsuccessfully, to find Lucinda’s recipe for apple pie. I find your website difficult to navigate.

This website is ridiculous. I have done everything imagineable to find the pie crust recipe I saw on one of the episodes. It had butter and cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar (I think)…but I’ll never know because it is impossible to find it! Get real. What a terrific DIS-incentive to follow the program…anyone at MH interested in joining the rest of us in the 21st century? Harumph.

I also am trying to find the butter, cream cheese dough… help… maybe in the next few days it will appear.

I LOVE this show!!! Watching Lucinda brings a smile to my face and makes me want to go straight to the kitchen to try her dishes! She can join our southern cooking girlfriend niche anytime!!! I always use a pastry blender when making pie crusts so look forward to trying Lucinda’s “hand method”!!! Nothing is better than a light flaky crust, especially around the holidays! Thank you for a delightful way to spend my post-surgery time!!!

Found the pie recipes!! Click on the tips and tricks on the left side menu. Then on that next screen on the right is a pic of the pies and link to them.

I shouldn’t look at these on fast sudnay. Panchito in Cartersville made us chilaquiles the first time i ever had them and they weren’t fried duros, and i loved them. I prefer them a little soft still. But panbazos or Laura’s mole? Sweet sassy molassey that would hit the spot.
