Lucinda, I am so thankful for your show. Have made so many of your recipes, and love your down-to-earth presentation of each recipe as you explain how to make each dish. Although I’m closer to your Mom’s age, you seem like a close friend who is showing me all her best recipes. It’s fun seeing all your boys on the show as well as your Mom and brothers. I take water aerobics when your show is on, so I tape it, and watch as soon as I get home. Am now addicted to your granola! Have made meatball sandwiches and many others. One thing fascinates me, and that is the pudding recipe that is handwritten on a card as your show begins – are we going to make that one? I made the trifle for Christmas dinner. It was so easy, so beautiful and solo delicious!
Lucinda, I was making your Mom’s mini meatball sandwiches, and only had ground turkey and ground beef in my freezer, so I combined the two and they tasted great. Also, the store was out of the thinly sliced sandwich bread, so I substitued pita bread. They baked up super crispy, the meat was juicy, and my husband and I had them for a fabulous lunch! Thanks for the great recipes!
I made this whole meal last christmas.It was great and was great to see it on your website soi am going to do it again.
