TODAY on MHTV: You’re all pretty familiar with my flat-roasted, or spatchcocked, chicken. This is the same approach except this time I’m giving it a boost with Asian flavors.  I’m roasting the bird with citrus, soy, and garlic and serving it with a side of coconut rice and a beet and watercress saladMore from the show.
