I missed the first half of your show on cutting the chicken into 18 pieces. How did you do that?

    Hello,
I watched your show for the first time March 06 2012..and your segment was on the Spaghetti Bolognese, and also a salad…I can’t find the recipe for the salad. I was also wanting to buy the correct items to make it with the dressing. How can I get this?? All is appreciated!
