TODAY on MHTV: We’re waist-deep into comfort-food season — which can do a number on the waistline. While I love hearty casseroles and stews, right now I’m craving something light and my halibut steamed on a bed of herbs with bok choy and a squeeze of lime hits the spot. For a seasonal side, I’m cooking red quinoa with julienned apples, and for a healthy treat, homemade granola bars.

    The only reason I watch your show is beacuse it’s the only “real one” out there. Cooking with family and friends is what it’s all about. Thanks for being that person and providing that to viewers.

    Why is Martha Bakes on today (Tuesday) instead of the 11:30 episode of Mad Hungry? Is this a new programming change?

    Today I tried the steamed halibut with asperagus & red quinoa. It was DELICIOUS we all loved it. It took me alittle longer but it was worth it. Please keep these healthy receipes coming. You have us all hooked. I watch you all the time. LOVE your show
