TODAY on MHTV: In the midst of summer grilling season I decided to whip up a spin on the traditional burger and fry combo. For a light but filling main course, I’m serving lamb burgers drizzled with creamy tzatziki (cucumber/yogurt sauce) in a pita with a crunchy parsley salad. Salty and sweet oven-roasted carrot and parsnip fries are a satisfying, yet healthy side and my refreshing cucumber-mint gin and tonic is one of my favorite summer sips.
