Recipes From Today’s Show: Holiday Cocktail Party

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: A fancy holiday meal can easily become a menu for a casual, buffet-style party. I’m taking a whole rack of lamb and slicing it into individual chops –it makes the perfect finger food. I’m also serving spinach and watercress dip with crunchy lettuce leaves instead of chips and a lemon drop-champagne punch pairs well with everything on the menu. More from the show.

It so wonderful to see how kids can get excited when they help prepare meals…. Great idea to have the kids join in … and when they see your sons help out, it inspires them to help out, too.

Great recipes and love the show!

    Lucinda,
I love your show, but not thrilled with the Spinach-watercress dip. I find it to be a little bland. Will try more recipes, though!

    Great Show!
