BUT, I’ve got a few delicious options you and the fam can take on the road like a cool and creamy oatmeal smoothie that’s flavored with raspberries and poured in a to-go mug to enjoy while you’re out. Slices of a Spanish frittata can be easily wrapped in parchment paper, pb and j pancake sandwiches (I just use leftover pancakes I have in the freezer) are wrapped up in tin foil, and maple syrup-infused blueberry bran muffins are a sweet hand held treat.
