I use a marinade of red-wine vinegar, rosemary, and garlic to add flavor and create a beautiful gloss on the meat, and then serve the chicken with a side of sauteed mushrooms over creamy polenta.     I don’t care for Rosemary,is there any other herb that I could use for this recipe?

    Use the Italian Herbs de provence also called

    Actually this is a French herb mixture. It’s really wonderful – I use it in many dishes. Provence is a region in southern France (pronounced Pro Vahnce) famous for it’s quisine.

    This is one of the most delicious chicken dishes ever! It is so good the next day,
    perhaps even better. Its delicious cold the next day. It is now one of my regular chicken dishes that I make for my family. And super easy too!

    This is an easy and delicious chicken dish! I’ll have to make extra next time so we have leftovers.

    And, Benita, I used half rosemary and half marjoram because my husband isn’t too fond of rosemary–he loved it this way.
