Recipes from Today’s Show: Favorite Italian Recipes

Published by

TODAY on MHTV @ 11:30 am ET: Growing up, my Italian family cooked a lot. There’s so many dishes I love, but I have a few that are hands-down my favorites. Linguine with clams, garlic, and chile is pretty close to the top of the list, then fish fillets with rosemary and olives aren’t far behind. A quick, easy appetizer of bruschetta and a simple aranciata cocktail round everything out. More from the show.

    Hi Lucinda,
Love Italian food. I grew up with my grandmother always making Italian meals. I’m still learning to cook and your recipes are easy for me to make, I’ve been impressing my family by making your recipes. We are 5 siblings and once a week we all get a turn to host the Sunday dinner. I usually get voted the winner for my perfect meals. I made your teacher friends eggplant rollatini a few weeks ago and it was a big success. I always thought rollatini would take a long time. Your guest made it very easy. It’s my turn to cook this upcoming weekend. I think I’m going for the Linguine with clams. Tanks again. You’re the best!

HELP, is the chuck steak recipe (that my husband recorded and I said to delete since I could remember it) here on your site???
I got the meat and all the ingredients and hopefully my memory will serve me right. It’s the chuck steak that has the plum tomatoes on top; first sauteed then baked for 2 hrs. and served over penne pasta. Yummmmm.

  • I was just searching for this information for some time.
    After six hours of

continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your web site.
I wonder what’s the lack of

Google strategy that do not rank this type of informative websites in top of the list.

Usually the top web sites are full of garbage.
