Well, nothing beats pulling a pan of homemade lasagna¬†out of the freezer and having dinner on the table in 20 minutes. Big batches of freezer-friendly lentil soup work too — my hardcore meat-eating sons love the stuff. And my Aunt Patty’s coffee cake¬†stays moist even after a spell in the freezer.     I am a huge fan of freezing meals, so I was very grateful for this episode. I plan to try all three recipes in the near future. Starting with the lasagna.
