    I wanted to make the pork chops for a dinner party, but I can’t find broccoli rabe in any markets in my area. I guess I’ll freeze the chops and keep my eyes open. Can you suggest a more common substitution?

    I have two cast iron fry pans. Want to use them.
    Missed the portion of show today 8/25 when Lucinda
    showed us how to clean pans up with oil and salt etc.
    Phone rang and missed the rest. Please, plesse
    tell me what is next.
