Recipes from Today’s Show: Mother’s Day Menu

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: Mother’s Day is a big day for me for lots of reasons. Of course, being a mom myself makes it special but I always want to honor my own mom, Rosemary, too. I’m making a menu that is worthy of a celebration but won’t take all day to prepare, so I can enjoy the day too. Salmon is one of her favorite things to eat, so I’m serving it with a tangerine-lemon hollandaise sauce; the citrus flavor brightens up the richness of the hollandaise and tastes great with the salmon. On the side, a make ahead, chilled artichoke and rice salad and to a quick lime-ginger cooler drink. More from the show.

    Hi Lucinda,

Anything with artichokes is my favorite. I’m a big veggie lover. Hope to see some more vegetables dishes on the show. You and the show are GREAT!!!!
