TODAY on MHTV: The weather in NY is getting warmer and I can’t wait for summer, so I decided to make a light, healthy meal to welcome the season. Chicken paillards (thin slices of chicken breast) are topped with crispy lettuce, beans and a salty/savory pan sauce. For dessert, I’m making a yogurt-based cake flavored with orange juice and zest—it’s super moist and I dust it with confectioners’ sugar for a little something extra.
