Get in the Game and #MakeItEpic

Watch Now: Fowl on the Play

Hi Folks,

As you probably know, ONE week from now is the biggest tailgating/beerbecueing/football-frenzied game grub day of the year: the superbowl! I’m not a huge fan of specific teams, perse, but for those of you that have followed this blog in years past (I’m talking about you Game Grub Bowlers!), you know that I am all about the food.

Watch Now: It’s All About the Spread

This year, I’m excited to be able to participate in Visa’s #MakeitEpic campaign for Superbowl XLVII. I had a lot of fun being in two videos a few months ago with some other familiar faces on all the important things about the game: epic eats. Check them out for a laugh and some good pointers for what to do and not to do for your superbowl spread.

Visa’s offering epic offers and experiences that are bringing football fans even closer to all the action; follow them on Facebook and Twitter to stay in the game and in the know. All you have to do is let them know how YOU will make this superbowl epic: Tweet @Visa #makeitepic with the deets on how you’re making your superbowl the best ever to have a daily chance to win one of five $50 Visa gift cards (until 2/3).

Get in the Game and #MakeItEpic this Superbowl!

Best,
LSQ

I am blogging on behalf of the Visa Make it Epic campaign and receive compensation for my time, but the thoughts, words, and promotions on this page are mine, not Visa’s.

I want to see new episodes of Mad Hungry. I’ve been following your guest John Contratti’s blog since you’ve introduced us to him. He has great Super Bowl recipes. How come you’re not posting recipes for this big day?

    Here’s Mr. Contratti’s site.

We want new episodes and inspiration for our Super Bowl parties, not an ad for Visa.
