This is the best cooking show on tv now. Bar none. Lucinda is so personable and her tips and menus are great. She does like a little too much heat in her recipes but that can always be adjusted. Love her. Thanks Martha.

I love your show and the recipes are easy and wonderful. I would disagree with using salt all the time. There are some of us that are on a low sodium diet as per our doctor. I use other spices but no salt.

I’ve just discovered Mad Hungry and I’m “mad” about it. Lucinda is the perfect hostess and I’m really enjoying learning new things from her. The show is well done and I plan on being a life-long fan. Love seeing her family involved, too.

I love this recipe, and I love the book too! Made this chili three times last fall/winter, and am planning my first batch for this fall. Many thanks to L.S.Q. for her detailed and practical approach to menus and family meals, she has helped me tremendously!
