Recipes from Today’s Show: Beef Patties

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: One of the best ways to save time during the week is having something you can just throw right in the oven from the freezer, but it’s even better if it’s homemade. Jamaican-style beef patties with curry-seasoned dough and a spicy ground beef filling can be made in advance and stored in the freezer uncooked. When you need one just pop it in the oven for 15 min; they can be eaten for lunch, dinner or anything in between. The sweet flavor of a rum-ginger drink goes great with the patties, and it’s a snap to make.

Hello! May I ask what brand the pan was you cooked the beef filling in for the beef patties on July 27,2012. It was red, had a lid. I use a 12″ skillet but your pan was much deeper & would hold a lot more. Thank u! I love your show! … & your family!:)
