To begin, we made the eggplant rollatini you and John made together this week. It was so delicious. After dinner I showed the raddichio and endive recipes to my guests, which I haven’t made yet, but it looks good. We went through some of your recipes and then we visited John’s blog. This guy truly blows my mind. Yes, he has many great recipes, but as we were going through his posts, he was talking about his night at the TV Land Awards and posted some cool pictures. Have to be honest and say I never heard of the show Mad Hungry. I learned about it when I attended The 10th Annual Iron Skillet Cook Off back in late Fall. One of the judges was guest cook John Contratti. He was a delight to chat with. I’ve been following his blog since I met him. I’m now enjoying watching Mad Hungry.
