TODAY on MHTV: At CQ’s college graduation party we served the best turkey burgers (check out the pics above) and today he’s coming by to help me recreate them. I’ve got a couple tricks to keeping these burgers moist and juicy (pickle juice is one), and a whole bunch of condiments to add on top like homemade beer-spring onion mustard. To round out this ultimate burger bar, pickled carrots are tangy, crunchy and delicious. More from the show.

The pre-party pickle disaster photo is hysterical. I laughed out loud. Really.

LSQ, loved the photos from Calder’s graduation party. My husband and I grew up in this area of Vermont, in fact my family always got the Thanksgiving turkey from Misty Knoll (Mom still does). Thanks for bringing back some memories! Can’t wait to try the turkey burgers.
