Recipes from Today’s Show: Seafood Paella

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: One of the best things you can do if you’re having company is focus on one really awesome dish, and it’s even better if you can make it all in the same pan. Seafood paella is one of those dishes and in my version I use fresh clams, halibut and spicy Portuguese sausage called linguica. The meat and fish are tossed together with saffron-infused rice and the only other thing you’ll need is a light side salad; I like this crunchy fennel and orange one. More from the show.

I watched you and your son Miles make the Pizza frizza my granny made this for us when we were children but she would fry it then put salt on them and we called it Pizza Fritta I can remember them being eaten as fast as granny could fry them my mom is now unable to make this treat so I make it for her just like my granny did so many years ago. I love your show you cook much like my Italian family. Good luck with your show, Marc

Hello, Lucinda I am a big “mad hungry” recipe follower.I love the way you try to make food that american’s like healthier. (like use a lot deffrent kind’s of vegetable) I grew up in japan. So it’s very hard for me to accept the way american’s eat (especially meat) for health reason I have to mention I have three growing children. but I can’t ignore the fact that I am here in the US. till I saw “Mad hungry” you changed the way I cook 365degrees! Thank you.
