Recipes From Today’s Show: Short Ribs Menu

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: My method for oven-braised short ribs eliminates browning the meat and lets the oven do all the work. While the ribs hang out in the oven (add potatoes to make it a one-pan meal), you’ve got time to make a side of caramelized cauliflower that is sweet and salty with a crunchy golden crust. The first time I made this dish, it was an instant hit with my mad hungry boys. For dessert, step away from the stove to make sugar cookie sorbet sandwiches—a no-cook frozen treat using store bought ingredients—and stash them in the freezer to enjoy after dinner. More from the show.

Love your show. Just wondering what make of stove you are using. Does it have a downward exhaust system?

Looking ahead on the Hallmark Channel, episodes of Mad Hungry through March are all repeats? So if Mad Hungry is “alive and well”, where are new episodes??

    Lucinda, Lo, Anyone,

Has the show been cancelled? If you’re not making new episodes, that’s called “Cancellation”. Is Lucinda making new episodes or is it just going to be repeats?
After the announcement that Mad Hungry is Alive and Well (I agree with Dale), why hasn’t there been a mention that new shows are being made??? Is it just to keep the “Mad Hungry” name out there for the next cookbook????
