Recipes From Today’s Show: Girls’ Movie Night In
Today on MHTV: With a house full of men, sometimes I just need a little girl time! When I have the girls over for movie night, I love making finger foods we can share. Sweet and sticky teriyaki-glazed wings get served up with crudites, while my shredded chicken and black bean nachos are piled high with Monetary Jack, jalapenos and sour cream. And to wash it all down, my creamy orange shakes are quick to make and end the night sweetly. These eats are so good, no one will miss the popcorn.

Movie night is for guys too. 🙂 I love your show. Are you making new episodes? I hope so. I would like to see that gentleman John Contratti return and cook some things from his blog. I follow the both of you each day. John’s recipes are great and I love the photos he shares. Especially the current one he has with my favorite comedienne Lisa Lampanelli. Great stuff !!! If you haven’t checked it out:

Lucinda,
Great ideas for a movie night with the girls. (Michael) I agree with you, Mr. Contratti’s blog is great and it’s just a matter of time before his popularity soars to even bigger heights. Love me some Lampanelli too. He is definitely my first choice to return to Mad Hungry, if the show is returning. I hope it is.

Nachos look delicious. A must for the 4th.

Lo,
We haven’t seen you with any updates. It’s July, we want new episodes of Mad Hungry to be made.

I am a late-comer to “Mad Hungry”, and tape all of your shows, which apparently are re-runs…Love the recipes which are easy and yet have a touch of gourmet flair! I, too, have raised a larger family, and I find your expertise and recipes to be my favorite b/c of their simplicity of instruction and high-level of great taste. You are definitely by ‘go-to new chef.’ Thank you.
