A Tex-Mex Meal

Hi Folks,

CQ and I are in Texas, kicking off the Mad Hungry Cravings tour. I’ve spent the last week or so putting myself through iPhone video 101 and wanted to do some video blogging while on tour. Check out the video above for one of our many awesome meals we’ve had throughout this trip and stay tuned for more.

And to the Lone Staters that came out and showed the Mad Hungry love so far– thanks for coming out, it was such a pleasure meeting all of you!

Best,
LSQ

    Oh Dear!
You were here in Dallas at one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, Avila’s!
Mickey Madden, bass guitarist for Maroon Five, was there with his Dallas family this past Wed night. Arrived ahead of their Thurs night packed-house concert at the AA Center.
Come back, Lucinda! I will meet you at Avila’s!

      Hi JDS,

Wow! We can see why it’s so popular (and your favorite). Lucinda and Calder raved about the food that they had there as well as all of the other good eats in TX.

      The MH Team

you had a recipe in the show quite some time ago. it was italian chicken strips with marinara sauce. chicken made was cut in strips, coated with bread crumbs and italian spices and baked in the oven. serve with marinara sauce. chicken was delicious, aired probably about 3 years ago. loved it. now cant find it. could you see if you have it archived and send it to me.

I have watched your show and really enjoy the recipes. Please make it easier to print the recipes. I would like the recipe for the nachos you made on March 28.

I cannot easily find the recipes that you present, like I can on Food Network. Thank you
