Recipes From Today’s Show: Indoor BBQ Recipes

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: It’s January; not exactly outdoor grilling weather in most parts of the country but that doesn’t mean you can’t have bbq anyway. Calder is helping make my St. Louis style ribs—they taste just as good in the oven as they do on the grill and served up with tangy coleslaw and potato salad, it’s a meal that can’t be beat. More from the show.

Love your show. Like your ease of presentation and simple ingredients. Best show on Hallmark Channel. Where can I find the spatula (narrow wooden one) that you use on the show?

can you come up with recipes for two people over 70?
we both raised 4 kids before we maried 26 years abo. We were used to coking for 6 people or even 4 people but as we get older and need to cut back on sugar and starch, fat etc. to keep our weight at a healthy level. its very hard because I can eat a lot like my husband. bad girl. anyhow all the shows I come across are for family meals, I hate trying to cut recipes down. any how thank, I wont have Halmark chanel after next week so if you can come up with something on like that would be great.
    Thank you . Elaine

I made these 2 nights ago, and my family is still singing my praises. The only thing I did differently was that I added about 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke to the bbq sauce recipe.

My family all love BBQ ribs. Watched you prepare this on your daily show and since I, myself do not eat ribs, nor have I ever prepared them, just have to try this recipe. It looks like something my family would enjoy on indoor holidays. Love your show and thank you for teaching me how to do something I’ve never done before.
