Love your show! I record it every day and have tried a few of your recipes. I thought I’d share a recipe with you???
I just made this up, I was having a get-together, had a few minutes extra & wanted to put down an extra appetizer. I generally don’t measure, so I’ll just tell you what I did.

I took a large package of goat cheese, maybe a pound..put it in the food processor with a little olive oil & some milk to thin it out. It came out really creamy. I spread it out in a shallow dish, then blended fresh basil, garlic, salt & pepper & olive oil in the mini food processor to a pretty thin consistency & spread it over the goat cheese. Chopped sundried tomatoes & toasted pine nuts finished the plate. It looked georgeous, garnished with a fresh basil sprig. I served it with crisp pita chips. It was a great hit! Since then, I’ve also made it with roasted red peppers when I was out of sundried tomatoes, and I’ve even put the same ingredients on a crisp pizza crust & cut it up in bite-sized pieces for a similar effect.
    Enjoy!

I made this chicken a few weeks ago. Easy and very tasty. I have another chicken waiting to be flattened.

i find yuor site near impossible to navigate.looked for recipe for lemon chicken that you processed the entire lemon for the marinade.nothing that would give me a clue what that recipe was.no search box to ask for a praticular recipe, everything seems so vague that i want to quit trying.i only have dialup at this location so everything takes painfully long.i enjoy your show but you make sound simple to find your recipes,i don’t think so.please help.
    thank you g.harmond

Lucinda, my applause to you for teaching your sons how to wash their hands. On a recent show I saw Calder do a great job of washing BETWEEN his fingers as well as all over after handling chicken—he’s the ONLY one of all who cook on TV I have ever seen do such a good job!
