MH My Way Monday: Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Published by

This MH My Way recipe riff comes from Whitney and she’s got mad love for roasted veggies. For the whole story, check out Whitney’s blog here.

“I recently caught the end of one of your shows and I love it! I haven’t found the recipe on here yet but I made a variation of it for my family. Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower with capers and raisins.

If God ask me who do you want to a friend with I would say Lucinda Scala Quinn, not because of her lovely introduction about healthiest, easiest and most convenient meals she prepares for American kitchen, but her sweetness, love of family and love of color( I love how she puts colorful shirts every day 🙂
Thank you Lucinda, I am only watching your food network… and I liked your art of introduction.
I hated cooking but I have cooked everything you showed and they all became delicious now cooking is my meditation.
    Thank you.
