Recipes from Today’s Show: Karaoke Night Party Food

Published by

One sure fire way to have a great night out with friends is to add some karaoke to your party. Today I have my karaoke partner, Rebecca, in the kitchen with me to bang out a delicious spread of finger foods. For dipping the veggies and chips, we’re mixing up my Caramelized Bacon and Onion Dip.  It’s cool, creamy and perfect for crudité!  Fried Coconut Shrimp and Maple-Spiced Kettle Corn are easy bites between songs and my Lychee Martinis aid in some liquid courage.

Hi Sue, Whole wheat flour absorbs more liuqid than all purpose flour, so you will need to add a bit more milk to make up for the difference, otherwise the muffins will turn out really dry. Hope that helps.
