TODAY on MHTV: A lunchtime picnic or twilight patio dinner is one of the best things summer weather brings. My brined and fried chicken is crunchy and super flavorful and can be eaten warm or cold. With the bounty of fresh seasonal produce, pair this with a side of simple, no-cook, crisp corn salad. For a refreshing, grown-up dessert, I like to soak slices of watermelon in tequila and orange liqueur, insert a popsicle stick, and enjoy when icy cold!
