TODAY on MHTV: It’s no secret the Quinns love pork. I mean, really, really, love pork so I’m always trying to put a new spin on it. My friend Matt Rahnik is here today to show me how to make his amazing green chili and tomatillo pork stew. It’s got some spice from the chili and a little smokiness from the tomatillos, plus you can use the meat to make tacos with homemade corn tortillas. To complement all these Mexican flavors, I’ve got some Mexican beer, soda and my recipe for a citrus-tequila cocktail. More from the show.
