Recipes From Today’s Show: Breakfast for Dinner

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: Even though I created these recipes for breakfast, they also work great for dinner—especially if you’re running low on groceries and need to hit up your pantry. Burritos are filled with chunks of chorizo sausage (if you’re a vegetarian try roasted red peppers instead), eggs, salsa and melted cheese. You can roll these up and serve them or even wrap them in tin foil for a meal on the go. Light, fluffy sour cream waffles are super simple to make and eggs poached in tomato sauce are delicious spooned over a slice of country bread. More from the show.

I really enjoy your show and the down to earth recipes you prepare. I like to prepare meals using staples in my freezer and cupboard and recipes I can prepare then divide up,freeze, and have for 3-4 meals. Thank you for such yummy recipes that a college boy can prepare like the Lemon-Dejon Mustard recipe CQ made.
