Recipes From Today’s Show: Chicken Milanese
TODAY on MHTV: Chicken Milanese is one of our family’s favorite dishes, especially CQ (who’s on the show today). Butterflying the chicken breast before breading and frying helps to keep the chicken tender and juicy—it makes all the difference. Round out the meal with healthy sides of homestyle spaghetti pomodoro and spinach with lemon. More from the show.

I’m really enjoying the new Mad Hungry show! In the past I enjoyed your segments on Everyday Food but just enjoying your special recipes and tips is great.
I’m learning from your common sense recipes and tips.
Thanks.
Hi Lucinda,
I saw the show today on Chicken Milanese with your adorable son, Calder. What an inspiration you are to see you cooking with your family! Can’t wait to try the recipe. Enjoyed the show and will continue watching.
I was watching this episode today when my 17 year old daughter walked in and sat down. Within 5 minutes her mouth was watering and she was begging me to make this entire meal for dinner tomorrow. Guess what’s for dinner tomorrow? BTW..dinner tonight was Fat Girl Red Rice, Baked Chicken with Honey Whole Grain Mustard Glaze, roasted asparagus and Velvety Chocolate Pudding for dessert! SO GOOD!!!! Your recipes are amazing! Thank you…
I sooo love Mad Hungry. I’ve seen commercials that Martha Stewart will be doing a baking show in the Mad Hungry time slot starting Jan 31. Are they taking MH off or is she moving to another time slot?
The Chicken Milanese as well as the spinach and a mixed greens salad was absolutely AMAZING! It was a busy week, and the first time we sat down together since Sunday! It was sooooo good. Even my daughter raved! Thank you for All of your wonderful recipes. My family loves that I try your recipes. Some turn out, some don’t, but they love most of it. the only thing that didn’t turn out…the chicken enchiladas. Don’t care for corn tortillas!
My 4 year old and I made this after watching the show…my entire family loved it. Spinach has never been one of my favorites but I really liked this one. Off to make chicken and dumplins tonight 🙂
One of the truly all time great recipes. I like it with buttered fettuccine with capers, parsley and sun dried tomatoes. It is really a wonderful way to prepare chicken. Good one, keep up the work.

My family really enjoyed this chicken and the spinach, which is great because I prefer spinach cooked. My boys love the chicken now, and it wll go into our regular ratation of home dinners. Thanks.
