The star of the show? My Cheese Balls 3 ways: easy to make, colorful and are always a hit.

Why can’t you be on longer than thirty minutes? They can get rid of Emirle cause you are better. You reach alot of people even over 70. It is funny NO One ever ask the older people who they like. You help new cooks and old cooks too. Your time now only 30 min. is not enough and it would be nice to see you instead of Martha. I’ve been praying since October 20ll and your only on 30 minutes still. I miss your show. They say I go to this sight too much. When they start listening to the cooks out here, I will be happy. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

I agree with Nita, we need more YOU. Move Emeril to a later time. I’m in my early 30s and am home with 2 babies during the day. I’m really excited about learning how to cook and youre recipes are simple and make me want take the babies shopping so I can make these recipes. I’m looking forward to the cheese balls and gougeres.

I made the cheese balls last year for the holidays and again for a church cookie exchange yesterday. They were a hit (we needed something savory heehee)- so good and different tasting. THANKS.

Love those cheese balls. I will be making your recipes for my holiday party,
Thanks to viewer Patti for sharing John Contratti’s website. Found some great cookie recipes to make. I also like that picture of John and my favorite actress Kim Cattrall on his website .I’m totally jealous. Happy holidays to everyone at Mad Hungry.

    Lucinda,

Thanks for all the good you do for all of us. What’s going on with Mad Hungry. It seems different this year. Will you be making new episodes for the new year and spring? Put our minds at ease. Happy 2012.

Lucinda’s has a broken ankle so she probably is not able to stand up on the set and make a program just yet. She’ll need some time to recover and then catch up. I would love to see her back to an hour show too but I’m pretty sure it”s out of her hands. I have never liked to watch Emeril cuz his cooking is too complicated with too many ingredients. Also, he doesn’t have an easy, unself-conscious presence on his show. He never has. He is a nice man and I would love to eat his food. I just don’t want to try to replicate it. Now LSQ is altogether different. She is very easy and gracious in her manner and knows how to teach without confusing the pupil. She is warm and giving to her audience, her guests and her “boys”. Martha, if you are listening to the MAD HUNGRY audience, we want MORE of Lucinda, not less. 30 minutes is not enough of her!!!!!!!!!! Please, please give her back her 2nd half hour.

…And Martha, if you’re listening, please bring back the Mad Hungry show archive and videos on the website – we’ve been asking for months now…

Sadly not all coeliacs can totarele this bread. After a couple of days of eating Genius bread some coeliacs find they are reacting to it, with stomach cramps, loose stools etc. As yet nobody has been able to explain why, although various theories have been put forward.Such a shame, as otherwise this would be a complete success story.
