Recipes from Today’s Show: Game Day

Published by

TODAY on MHTV:If it’s one thing my boys love, it’s football! Calder’s here today to help make some grub for the game. If beer isn’t your thing, my take on a tequila sunrise is a perfect “sub” that tastes as good as it looks. Stageline chili gets a hit of Jamaican heat from scotch bonnet peppers and for dessert, the grasshopper cake easily becomes a football field with green-colored crème de menthe frosting and mint candies in the shapes of football.

I am a new raving fan of Lucinda and her great recipes. She explains her methods in a way that gives me confidence that I can make these dishes as well.
P.S. I am glad to see her boys in the kitchen and wish I had done that when my kids were still home.

My gosh people..you are being so hard on Lucinda. It is not her fault if the show has been cancelled. I am sure she would love it to continue and film many new episodes. From what i understand it is the Martha Stewart conglomerate that is the cause..and as LSQ is an employee, I am sure she needs to maintain silence and confidentiality. Lucinda is the most awesome Cooking personality on the air..bar none!!! I hope and believe that in some way she will be able to continue this television legacy for years to come. And i LOVE to watch her reruns as much as new episodes. She makes my day!!!

Lucinda has said herself that she has plans for her future and we will still be seeing her (I hope she will continue with her own show but we have to wait and see).

I thoroughly enjoy Lucinda Scala Quinn, I appreciate her encouragement to make me really feel like cooking again! I look forward to watching her show..always. I watch this show everyday, her cooking is great, it’s just like when I was raising my kids, now it’s for my grandkids.

    Luv U Lucinda!

I am a seasoned cook but I still get a thrill from watching mad hungary with
Lucinda.I have learned much and made many of her recipies. Lucinda has a
wonderful warm and sparkiling personality,is a great cook and I love when her boys are on the show. PLEASE, find a place for her show as she will be sorley
missed by me and many others as well.
I agree with others that Lucinda is very down to earth with her teaching and
does inspire my when I become lazy, PLEASE, keep her on the show.
    My sincere thanks,
    Ellenmom
