I enjoy watching Mad Hungry very much and manage to try a number of the recipes. It is really madening to pull up the web site and try to find what she has just made and not find it. If you could please help me today, I would be most grateful. She just made a dish of mussels on top of the stove and I would love to have the recipe or where to find it. I pull up the web site as soon as she makes it and cannot find it. This was on the program at 12 noon on Sept 21, 2012. Thank you. Norma Martin

I agree with Norma….I wanted the shrimp recipe from the 9/21 show and can’t find it anywhere….what it says on the website was on the show today isn’t what was on the show at my house. Help!?

On 9/21/12 I tried really hard to write down your Dad’s favorite muffin recipe, but couldn’t keep up. Now I can’t find it either on the Mad Hungry website which keeps forwarding me to Recipes4Living. I tried downloading that monster and got nowhere on pulling up the muffin recipe. The recipe sounded so easy…1 1/2 cups regular flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, etc. You salted the top I believe. Your Dad put them on the window sill to dry out. Silly man…we eat our as soon as the oven door opens! I hope to hear from you. Thank you so much.

Okay, here’s something ralely needed: A recipe book for people who raise gardens and do home canning or freezing.Recipes should use sizes such as pints or quarts rather than a can from the store that might be any size. And no ingredients should be listed as a box of this or package of that. Use only actual measured amounts.I’ll buy several if you do it right.
