Recipes from Today’s Show: Love Thy Pans

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: There are tons of pots and pans out there these days – skillets, cast-iron, griddle, you name it. Knowing which pans to use and when to use them is an important skill for any cook, home or professional. I’m cooking up red snapper with citrus-herb relish in a nonstick pan, using cast-iron to make a one-pan pork chop meal, and finally a hearty recipe for chicken cacciatore.

    Lucinda,

I’ve been watching you for the past few months and I wanted to tell you, that you are terrific. Your recipes and kids and guests are so special. I learned about Mad Hungry through John Contratti’s blog. I’m a big fan of his and am thrilled to have connected with your show.

Love your show! I have 2 of your cookbooks and have impressed my family and friends with the meals I have cooked from them. I am interested in purchasing the two-handled pan that you often use to cook with. Please let me know who makes them. I like the idea that you can use one pan to cook a lovely meal.
