Recipes from Today’s Show: Mad for Bananas

Published by

TODAY on MHTV @ 11:30 a.m. ET: Bananas are one of my all-time favorite things to eat and I love to incorporate them into my cooking whenever I can. Sweet banana fritters make a dynamite breakfast when served with a plate of fresh fruit and for a thick, creamy banana milkshake, I like to use ice cream but if you’re looking for a healthy angle, try it with frozen yogurt. Last but not least, an old-fashioned banana custard with a bread crumb crust is a traditional Jamaican dessert I absolutely love to make. And if all these recipes haven’t made you go bananas, keep your eyes peeled for a surprise at the end that just might!  More from the show.
