Recipes from Today’s Show: Mad for Bananas

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: Bananas are a pretty popular ingredient in my house and today they’re the star of every recipe. To start, I drizzle banana fritters with maple syrup, then move on to a creamy baked banana custard. Finally, I finish things up with a cold, frothy banana milkshake. More from the show.

    Dear Lucinda,

I may be a senior, but I do my share of good cooking. I never watch food shows…ever.. but lst November or so, I stumbled onto your program and I have watched it as often as I can ever since. You are the most no-nonsence cook and I have included so many of your recipies in my entertaining. And I always give you credit when I receive compliments.
Thanks so much for making cooking fun again~!

My best to you and Calder.

Can someone out there help me? I am looking for the recipe for the tangerine/almond flan that was aired on the 29th or 30th of June.

I’m on vacation, and I was surfing the channels and came across the Hallmark channel.Low and behold you were making a marinade sauce to marinade salmon in. How simple was that! I didn’t have to write it down. Thank you.Keep doing what you do BEST! I love quick and simple recipes!
