One thing all the men in my house have in common is a crazy love for pie. Savory or sweet, as long as there’s a great crust, they are always ready to dig in- and for a for a great crust, you need a great dough. Today I’m going to show you how to make simple and easy pie doughs that will be worthy of any filling. For a sweet pie, I’m making Sweet and Tart Apple Pie; it’s one of my husband, Richie’s, all-time favorites. On the savory side, you’ll love my Beef Empanadas. The delicious, beefy filling is just perfect inside these little handheld anytime meals that are awesome to be stockpiled in the freezer.
