This looks so scrumptious. I have a turkey breast in the freezer and it’s gonna be done Mexican Style just like your recipe today. Can’t wait to make it.
Lo,
So hoping that there will soon be news on Mad Hungry back in filming action. Lucinda is the best. There is no comparison to any others out there. She is so relatable to viewers. She has even got my husband doing the cooking. He makes John Contratti’s eggplant rollatini quite often. If the show is continuing, which it better be, please bring back Mr. Contratti. Anyone who hasn’t checked out his blog needs to. He really has shined after cooking with Lucinda. Please keep us posted Lo. We appreciate it.

I check in each day and just saw an interesting tofu recipe. Looks good. Thanks again Lo.

I so agree with Lara. No one compares to Lucinda and Mr. Contratti’s blog is very good.

Martha Stewart recipes never turn out for me. I’ll check out Mr. Contratti’s.
