TODAY on MHTV: Luca’s been craving hearty Italian dishes, so I’m giving into his stomach’s requests. I add some protein to my creamy fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and for some added green to the plate, I’m serving up sauteed asparagus and crudities with an Italian-style vinaigrette. And for the sweet ending? An amaretti cookie parfait.

I have to thank you for turning me on to teacher/cook John Contratti’s website. I’ve seen so many people talking about him since he appeared on Mad Hungry. He’s got super recipes to share. I am a new watcher of your show and not someone who typically watches cooking shows. It works great for me that you cook easy to do recipes and many times I already have all of the ingredients. My son is 13 and loves Alfredo so, we are going to watch the recorded show together and cook the Chicken Fettuchini Alfredo tomorrow night! I can’t wait!
