At 10AM TODAY on MHTV:  New York Diner Food. Diners are a staple in New York City and my son Calder and I are huge fans, so today we’re taking inspiration from them with some no-fuss, diner-style staples of our own.

When my bothers and I were younger and lived along the Detroit River in Windsor, Ontario, we spent many a meal, and have many fond memories of, the Midwestern roadhouses. Today my brother Jim is here to help me create a meal inspired by those roadhouses.

At 11AM TODAY on MHTV: Restaurant Renditions. Sometimes you just don’t feel like getting dressed up and going out to eat but  that doesn’t mean you can’t bring the restaurant right to your own table. Today I want to show you how you can make those “fancy schmancy” dishes right at home.

    I love your show, it has top me so many things to make cooking meals at home for my family simple, easy and delicious. I am concerned as I do not see your show on the new Hallmark channel line up for fall. Where will your show land so I may continue to enjoy your recipes and let the family members I have told about your program so they can watch as well.

    I agree with you Terri. I want to know where my favorite show will be. I’ve learned about Mad Hungry through teacher/cook John Contratti. He has brought a to of people to the Mad Hungry table and we all love the show so very much.

    I also agree with you this is my favorite show. I hope it will be coming back, I have gotten so many recipes I can make fresh. I just wish you would tell us the nutritional value,such as fat and carbs,as I am diabetic. Thanks!
