Recipes from Today’s Show: Pizza Night

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: I’m going to show you the simplest, tastiest, easiest-to-manage pizza dough ever. Then comes the really fun part — DIY toppings! You could make my personal favorites, pizza margherita and escarole pizza, or invent your own. On the side, I’m making a light arugula salad with shaved Parmesan. And for dessert, pizza frizza, a sugary fried-dough treat. More from the show.

    lucinda,

you are my favorite cook to watch. everything you make looks so good, my mouth is watering by the time your show is over. i write down every recipe i can.
right now i have not made any of them but one day when i finally get my oven door replaced, watch out! i will be a cooking fool.
right now all i have is this little toaster oven and i have nearly worn that little life saver out.
our oven is old as our house and my husband and i are looking for someway to fix it. but in the meantime do you have any recipes that would work in a small oven. i tried to make a pie in it but that didnt work out so well. but the girl i bought the little oven from said there are all kinds of ways of preparing good casseroles. even pies so maybe i had it turned up too high. anyway until that day when i get a new door will u have a few ideas that will work in the little guy? i did make a little pizza in there once so it can do some things.
you make everything look so good. i notice you do somethings the same way i would do too. also do you have some good ideas for on top of the stove?
it is nice to see someone who makes cooking and baking fun and easy.
i like all your chicken bakes. you made one yesterday that you got from someone else and it looked spicy but i didnt get on tv intime and i tried to find it on here. i dont even know what it was called. i will keep looking. thanks,
    ceblak

I love your show and watch daily, and today’s pizza show was great. Do you have a pizza dough recipe made with wheat flour/wheat pastry flour for those of us going to grains? Thank you.
