Thanks for your recipes today. They were a life saver. I will make your spaghetti amatraciana for a dinner party tomorrow as a side to your guests John Contratti’s eggplant rollatini. My family has been bugging me to make the rollatini ever since that episode aired. I’ve told so many people about it.
He made it look very easy to make. So glad you are on twice a day.

I plan to make this recipe. It looks fabulous. I tried the zabaglione, however, you did not specify sweet or dry marsala. I sued sweet and mine was substantially darker in color than yours. More life mustard, than custard! but it tasted great.
