Recipes from Today’s Show: Steak House Supper
TODAY on MHTV: When the weather gets cooler, I start to crave hearty, meaty dishes like this Latin-style skirt steak marinated with garlic and lime, grilled onions and peppers, a watercress-radish salad, and two no-cook sides: smashed tomatoes and deconstructed guacamole. More from the Show.

You read my mind! I just need a chimichurri recipe to go with the skirt steak.
I’d love to know your temp setting for the BGE flattened whole
chicken (and cook time). We’re still learning a lot about this
thing.
I’m trying to find am chicken recipe Lucinda did on her show a week or two ago. It was a chicken dish that she poured stout beer over.
Please come back for one hour daily. How I miss you and enjoy your everyday cooking style. Love your recipes, and have purchased both of your books, but not the Jamican one. Sorry that one didn’t seem to impress me much. I love your recipes and have become a much better cook at age 75 thanks to you. Love the fact your children are involved. Oh how that makes my heart happy. They all seem to have great respect for you as I do, and apprecite that. Please keep up the good work, and I’ll buy your new book as soon as I can find it.
Dear Lucinda,
I watch your show everyday. Mediterranian Cuisine is my favorite and my Dr approves of it. Today’s
Eggplant Stacks are right down my Alley, since I am not a big(3ft) meat eater. Fish, Shrimps, occasionally chicken, veggies and fruit are my staples. You (or someone else) had another Eggplant receipe.
Eggplant sliced lengthwise, grilled and then layered
with roasted peppers, was it Prochutto? and maybe
Mozarella, then rolled up and baked.
I lost the receipe…..is it yours?
I’m getting hungry.

May someone be so kind to help me find her show schedule which had all her recipes by show and date. Please, please, please.
I am looking for the flank steak–skirt steak–something else steak and the marinade reciepe.
