TODAY on MHTV: I’m kicking off the summer grilling season with a few twists on a traditional bbq. I’m serving lamb burgers drizzled with tzatziki (cucumber/yogurt sauce) in a pita with a crunchy parsley salad for a lighter main course. Salty-sweet oven-roasted carrot and parsnip fries are a satisfying side and my refreshing cucumber-mint gin and tonic is one of my favorite summer cocktails. More from the show.

    Hi Lucinda,

    Just wanted to say hopw much I enjoyed your friend Virginia. So warm and friendly. I see others agree with me from Friday’s blog. I like seeing “ordinary” people who can cook. Virginia Wilis, John Contratti, etc, are great guests for the show. Hope to see them again.
    Can’t believe it’s summer grilling time. Where has the time gone?
